How it works
A welcome kiosk at the door and a browser tab on staff computers. Nothing to install and no IT project.
Patient taps a reason
"I have an appointment," "Glasses adjustment," "Picking up contacts," plus a first name and last initial. That's it.
They're told where to go
"Please head to the optical area, an optician will be right with you." You write the message for each reason.
The right person is alerted
Opticians see adjustments and pickups. Techs see appointments. Wait timers turn yellow, then red, so no one gets forgotten.
The staff board
Leave it open on any front desk or optical computer. New check-ins chime and pop up, even when staff are in another program. Filter to your team, claim a patient with "I've got it," and clear them when you're done.

The same tablet that welcomes patients asks how their visit went before they leave.

One tap from the welcome screen opens the classic 0–10 "How likely are you to recommend us?" question, plus an optional comment.
Scan to review on Google
Patients who score you highly get a QR code for your Google review page. They scan it with their phone and finish the review whenever, even from the car (parked, of course 😉).

Your Net Promoter Score, score breakdown and patient comments are in your settings, so you know what's working and what to fix.
